Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, adhering to coding best practices and architectural principles.

Participate and conduct regular code reviews to improve every dev team member’s skills and output.

Qualifications

Video Production Manager

We are seeking a talented Video Production Manager to lead the creation and management of our rare and valuable library of video clips used to help individuals master their interpersonal skills on our unique training platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing the human experience, everything from powerful CEOs struggling with addiction to trans couples battling over child custody to teenage bullying and body shaming. To succeed in this position, you will need to be exceptionally organized because you will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from script development and actor procurement to directing film shooting sessions and editing final footage. You will collaborate closely with the product development team, customer success team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our video library meets the needs of our target audience.

Procure actors and coordinate casting sessions to find talent that can effectively portray a diverse range of characters and scenarios, including children.
Direct film shooting sessions, providing guidance to actors to ensure that scenes are captured effectively and meet quality standards.
Edit video to create final cuts that evoke a sense of reality.
Ensure that all videos adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including obtaining necessary permissions and releases for filming.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
At the minimum, one year of experience in video production, including scriptwriting, directing, and editing.
