Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, adhering to coding best practices and architectural principles.

We are seeking a talented Video Production Manager to lead the creation and management of our rare and valuable library of video clips used to help individuals master their interpersonal skills on our unique training platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing the human experience, everything from powerful CEOs struggling with addiction to trans couples battling over child custody to teenage bullying and body shaming. To succeed in this position, you will need to be exceptionally organized because you will be responsible for all aspects of video production, from script development and actor procurement to directing film shooting sessions and editing final footage. You will collaborate closely with the product development team, customer success team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our video library meets the needs of our target audience.
